Kim was devoted wife, loving mother, and cherished friend, passed away peacefully, resting securely in her relationship with Jesus Christ. She spent many years working as a substitute teacher in area schools, where she built meaningful connections with students, faculty, and staff. This role also allowed her to stay close to her only daughter, a relationship she deeply treasured.
Kim had a genuine love for meeting new people and looked forward to the friendships she nurtured at the dialysis center. Her passion for cooking and baking was well-known among family and friends, especially her signature rum cake, which she always made for her dear friend Lori whenever she visited.
A lifelong enthusiast of Christmas, Kim’s joy was contagious, especially when it came to dazzling light displays and thoughtful gift-giving. She was an avid Georgia Bulldog fan who delighted in hosting family and friends to watch the games, creating warm, memorable moments.
Her pets held a special place in her heart, providing constant and faithful companionship throughout her life.
Kim’s kindness, warmth, and spirit touched the lives of many and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
