Marion Tillman Gregory

BLYTHE, Ga. - Mr. Marion Tillman Gregory, 63, of Blythe, GA, passed away on Sunday, July 8, 2012 at University Hospital. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, July 11, 2012 at 12pm at Hillcrest Memorial Park. Born in Aiken, SC, he was the son of the late Cecil and Lina Craig Gregory. He served in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam War. After serving in the war he served his country in the Navy and the US Coast Guard. He worked as a driver for Boral Brick. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Shannon Gregory. He is survived by his wife, Blanche McGee Gregory, son, TJ (Michelle) Gregory, sisters, Betty Herron, Jenell Marshal, Vivian Shook, grandchildren, Amanda Gregory, Joshua Gregory, Zachary Culler, James Gregory, Tyler Gregory, Chase Morris, Dustin Morris, Krystle Harden, great grandchildren, Maddison Hoffman, Isabelle Hoffman, Gabrielle Caroll, Elijah Caroll, Mackenzie Harden, Colton Gregory, numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 10, 2012 from 6-8pm at Elliott Sons Funeral Home, 2524 Lumpkin Rd, Augusta, GA.
