Mary loved to garden and taking care of her yard. She was a part of the circus since 1952 as a trapeze artist. Mary came to the Augusta area in 1972 and opened up a residential park. She loved her four legged companion Bingo.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Hayward Dennis.
Survivors include her dear friend, Michael Sutton, Gilbert and Jessica Barnes; a niece, Mary Joe Jaska; and two nephews.
The family will receive friends from 11 to 1 on Friday, March 6, 2015 in the Lumpkin Road Chapel of Elliott Sons Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow in the Chapel at 1pm.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked to receive donations to The CSRA Humane Society, 425 Wood Street, Augusta, GA 30904.
