MSG Ralph E. Turner, 77, of Blythe, passed away Tuesday, May 13, 2014. Mr. Turner was born in Cherokee, Alabama. He served 31 dedicated years in the United States Army. He was an architect, engineer and avid gardener. Mr. Turner thoroughly enjoyed spoiling his grandchildren and spending time with his family.
Mr. Turner is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Kum Turner; son, William (Megan) Turner; daughter, Annette (Bret Cathey) Meyer; two grandchildren, Noah and Chanel Meyer; and numerous extended family members in Alabama and Mississippi.
The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6 – 8 PM at the funeral home.
Funeral Services will be held 10 AM, Saturday, May 17, 2014 in the Lumpkin Road Chapel of Elliott Sons Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
