Janet Herrington

Janet Lee Yoder (affectionately known as Rusti) was born August 20, 1933 in Logan County Ohio to Mark and Lucile Yoder. She was the youngest of 3 daughters. Preceded in death by her oldest sister Ginny. Her other sister Billie resides in Jackson Hole Wyoming. She graduated from Powell High School in Powell Ohio. She married Richard Ramey in 1952. This union produced 2 daughters Ricki Lee and Joyce Ellen. On March 2, 1988 she married Samuel Herrington. They shared a love of fishing and the outdoors. Rusti accepted Christ as her Lord and Saviour and he was truly the Lord of her life. Her example influenced the rest of her family in spiritual growth. Rusti is preceded in death by her daughter Joyce Ramey in 1979 and her bonus son Patrick Herrington in 2006. Rusti leaves behind her husband Sam, Daughter Ricki Henton (Claude), bonus daughter Rita Herrington, 3 grandchildren, Melanie Kendrick, Tia White and Christian Henton all of Denver, 7 great grandchildren, Amanda Stroede, Ryan Stroede, JT Stroede, Ariana White, Promise White, Michael White, and James Wilburn all of Denver. 3 bonus grandchildren, Christopher, Alex and Jordan Herrington of Atlanta Ga, and 3 bonus great grandchildren Taijon Crooks, Camille Crooks and Antonio Stroede all of Denver. And a host of relatives and friends.
