Sharon Sherell Bannon, died unexpectedly Thursday December 29th, 2022 while she was walking the roadway on 9200 block of Winona Court just after 8 p.m. when she was fatally struck from behind by an SUV. She was only 32 years old.
The family is deeply saddened and shocked by her sudden death. She was born April 10, 1990 in Thornton, CO. Sharon was born to Elaine Bannon and Lloyd Alexander, Sharon was the 4th child raised by a single mother along with her four siblings, Latifah Bannon, Rachel Bannon, Ruby Bannon, and her brother Clarence Wallace, III who sadly passed away suddenly in 2021. Sharon had additional siblings on her father's side which includes: Tonya Alexander, Monique Wright, D'auria Holmes, Tylisa Jackson, McKayiah Peters and Khiry Phillips.
Growing up, Sharon enjoyed hanging out with friends and family and climbing trees. Her favorite snacks were Cherry Twizzler bites and Hershey's cookies‘n’cream bar. Sharon loved watching movies, listening to music and singing. Her favorite artists were Eminem and Christina Aguilera. Sharon was an animal lover. Her dream was to become a veterinarian or a lawyer. Sharon was a bright individual, very competitive, and loved problem solving mathematics.
Sharon was a believer of the Lord and received her certificate for getting baptized at Landmark Tabernacle Church. She was a caring, loving and forgiving person. She attended Westminster High School, then later received her High School Diploma from Emily Griffith Technical College in Denver. Sharon held several jobs in food service and telemarketing, before becoming a mother.
Sharon leaves behind her 5 beautiful children: Sa'laice Fontinette, Zachariah and Azaylah Rollins, Azeriah
Alexander and Destiny Springs. She was a very proud and loving mother to them. Nieces and nephews that survive her are: Jasmine and Jadah Ward, Jaqui Quintana, Kaylen Johnson, Josiah Ward, Zira Johnson, Jordan Ward, Isa-Amirah Bannon, Rayelle Bester, Nayah and Dayah Bannon and Cyair Cortez;
and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Clarence Wallace, III; her grandparents: Mary F. Bannon, Calvin Bannon, Laura Alexander and Floyd Alexander; her aunt, Kelepha La'Shell Bannon; two cousins: Torrese Gill and James Bradley.
Sharon will be dearly missed.
