Betty passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 19, 2022 at Margaret Bahen Hospice in Newmarket, at the age of 96. Beloved wife of the late Robert Frank “Bob” Simmonds. Loving mother of Terry (Jackie), Sandra (Mark Currie) and Diane Simmonds. Cherished grandmother of Michelle (Sam), Bridget (Nate), Nicole (Hugo), James (Ann), Brittany (Jacob) and Jocelyn (Bret). Great Grandmother of Noelle, Mateo, Samuel, Ashe, Amber, Oliver and Elena. Betty will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
The family would like to thank the doctors and staff at Margaret Bahen Hospice for all of their care and support and a special thanks to Dr. Mulhern for all her care.
A Memorial Service will be held at All Saints Anglican, 12935 Keele Street, King City on Saturday November 26, 2022 at 11am.
