Surrounded by family at Matthews Residential House Hospice in Alliston on Wednesday December 4, 2013 at the age of 84 years, Powell will be sadly missed by his beloved Fran and his sons Keith of Toronto, Scott and his wife Sharon of Pottageville, granddaughters Randi and Tasha and his brother Doug and his wife Carol of Kitchener. Powell had a fantastic retirement of golf, woodworking, pool and travel with Fran.
