Dear family Hartog,
sadly, we have Saturday, still unexpectedly learned of the death of our Henk, where we last year pleasant days had, together with Lindsay and Ian in Holland.
For you all must be a great loss.Henk was still pivotal in the family and he loved you all and was a proud father and grandfather, who really missed his wife Riet.
We will never forget him and Riet.
Bep and I, wish you much strength.

I am so sorry to here about your dear dad. Lorne and I have many great memories, especially during all the Years we lived across the street from each other. May you find some comfort from all the memories you have shared together over the years. 
I am so sorry we will not be able to attend as we have four of our grandkids visiting with us this week.

To Debbie and Family:
I knew Henry as a member of my Thursday afternoon Novice Game that I directed at the Aurora Duplicate Bridge Club. He was a popular player, and a kind, gentle man in the true sense.  The games you shared with your Dad, Debbie, will remain in your precious memories.  My prayers and thoughts are with your family in your sad loss.

Dear Adrian, Carolyn, Scott and your families: we share in your sorrow as you mourn for your dad/grandpa. To us, he was our dear "Uncle Henk", and we have fond memories of visiting him and his precious Riet on vacations in Florida and Holland. Carolyn, Adrian and Scott and families - I am sending you heartfelt condolences at this time.  Henry will be missed by all of us at The Renoir but I know he's got that big grin back on his face as he joins your mom.  May your fond memories comfort you at this sad time.

We appreciated Henry for his direct approach on almost any topic and greatly appreciated his handling the sale of our home several years ago. Henry was always approachable with a kind smile and words of encouragement. He will be missed.

Dear family, I grieve with you in this sad time.  Henry was a close friend of my parents and was a mentor and advisor to me early in my business career.  His enduring support and interest in my life was an encouragement to me.  Also, know that my parents had such quality friendship was also comforting. I pray that you will take comfort in his faith and place in glory.

Carolyn, Pete and family:  I am so saddened to learn of the loss of your dear dad.  The photo tribute is beautiful and I pray that the memories of those treasured times with your dear dad (grampa) will be forever etched in your hearts.
