

His ability to touch the lives of so many people in such a positive way in such a short time was a true tribute to the person he was.
His quiet demeanor, sense of humor, happy go lucky attitude and willingness to always lend a helping hand characterized Jonathan.
He will be greatly missed by his parents Mai and Doug, grandmother Barb, his sisters Lauren, Stephanie and Katrina, brother in laws Joe and Craig, niece Scarlett, nephews Holden, Blake and Grady, Aunts & uncles, Marie Hagg, Cathy Hynd and Jens Hagg. Deceased grandparents Ken Johnson, Mormor and Morfar Hagg, deceased aunt and uncle Ingvor and Stenis Sognfors,
He will also be missed by the English hockey team The Blackburn Hawks team mates and supporters who readily accepted him with open arms on his arrival in England and tried valiantly by posting a video on u tube asking Jonathan to touch base with anyone when he was missing. In addition all his numerous ex-team mates in hockey and soccer his numerous friends with a special mention to Sara Madaleno, Dan English, Chris McKinnon, Charlie Hajicus, Neil Kileg and neighbor Jeannie Ramsay and her family.
The Adams family would also like to extend our sincere appreciation to the York Regional Police for their outstanding efforts in the search for Jonathan. It was a true example of full out commitment and dedication to their job. Visitation will be held at the Thompson Funeral Home (530 Industrial Parkway South, Aurora) on Thursday from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm. A Memorial Service will be held in the chapel on Friday at 11:00 am.
