Margaret Mercer

Passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Saturday April 2, 2011 at the age of 89. Predeceased by her husband Bill and their son Brian (Alexis). Cherished mother of Donna McGann (Basil), and Linda Tiberio (Bruno). Dearly loved grandmother of Cari (Rob), Karen, Elisa (Keith), Will (Julie), Jennifer, Kristin (Jared) and Robert. Great-grandmother of Christian, Leah and Kaden Golding, Samantha, Jessica and James Pickford, Owen and Megan Mercer. Margaret will be held in the hearts of many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Friends will be received at the Thompson Funeral Home, 530 Industrial Parkway South, Aurora (905-727-5421) on Wednesday, April 6, 2011 from 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm. A funeral service will take place Thursday, April 7, 2011 at 1 pm in the Chapel of the Thompson Funeral Home. Interment Aurora Cemetery.
