Mrs. Marian "Micky" F. McBride Boot

It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Marian on October 6, 2010 surrounded by her family. Beloved wife of the late Ralph Boot. Loving mother of daughters Karen (George), Debbie & Donna (Peter). Adored grandmother of Chris (Kelly), Cameron (Lisa), Curtis (Tina), Kristen (Tim), Brandon (Melanie), Chelsea, Melanie and Mackenzie. Great grandmother to Jacob, Austin, Devin, Dustin, Aiden, Carter, Avery and soon to be baby DeMelt-Lavender (March 2011). At Marian’s request cremation will occur prior to the service. Friends and family are invited to attend visitation at Thompson Funeral Home, 530 Industrial Pkwy. S. (north east corner of Yonge St. & Industrial Pkwy. S.), Aurora, on Tuesday, October 12, 2010 from 6-8pm. A ceremony celebrating her life will be held in the chapel on Wednesday October 13, 2010 at 11:00am, followed by a reception at St. Andrew’s Valley, 868 St. John’s Sideroad E., Aurora. In lieu of flowers donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Foundation for Cystic Fibrosis Western Australia (cysticfibrosis.org.au) would be appreciated.
