The Martin Family

I just learned this week of the death of Mary. My sincere sympathy to all the Martin family. I was the second neighbour of Mary's mother,Christie Beaton.Mary was always a kind and gracious lady when she returned to Port Hood to visit with her mother. I remember the year or part of a year when Terry and Jim came to stay with their grandmother. May you all be comforted at this time by happy family memories.

To the Martin Family,
Mary was my first cousin and sadly I only had one opportunity to meet her around the time her mother passed away. She seemed to be such a lovely lady. Our sorrow to Earl and family.

Hello Earl,Terry,Jimmy,Ricky,Larry and families.You are all in out thoughts.
We have many good memories of our visits to your home.
I know I have never had Pina Coladas ,as good as she made!!!She sent me a "Touch of Mink"pin when we got home from Jimmy's wedding,and I think about her every time I open the jewel box...we had so many laughs at breakfast that morning.She was always up and ready for fun.

Dear Earl and family. I am so sorry to hear Mary passed away.  I have fond memories of her from our bowling days, Remember how we used to call her Mother Mary? I had the privelage of talking to her last year when we were at Willow Estate taking a tour, for Len and I were looking for a place forTed,and we  met Mary in the hallway, and when I mentioned we used to bowl together, she said "Oh yes, "we had lots of fun then".

So sorry to hear of your loss...may she rest in peace.

I am deeply saddened for the loss of my dear sweet friend, Mary.  I will miss our many conversations more than anyone could ever imagine.  We go back a very long way, Mary was my bridesmaid in my wedding (September 3, 1946) in Port Hood, Cape Breton, NS.  No words can express the sorrow I feel in my heart for the Martin family during this sad difficult time; my deepest sympathy and condolences to Earl and the entire Martin family.
