Peacefully at Chartwell Long Term Care Residence Aurora on Sunday, November 23, 2014 in his 82nd year. He was the devoted and loving husband of the late Marilyn Packer for 56 years and faithful caretaker of their dog Brandy. Son of the late Arthur White and the late Gladys Harris of Toronto and brother of Glen (Carole Gardner), Carl (Marian Parrott) and Cheryl Feltmate (John). Ray was a conscientious employee of Cincinnati Milacron for several years serving as General Manager in the final years. Friends and family will be received at the Thompson Funeral Home, 530 Industrial Parkway South, Aurora (905-727-5421), on Saturday, November 29th, 2014 from 1-2 p.m. followed by A Celebration of Life service in the Chapel at 2 p.m. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Canada or charity of choice.
