

Alberta Ruth Noack, a beloved and inspirational soul, passed away on December 22, 2025, at the age of 97. Born on June 27, 1928, in Thorndale, Texas, to Herman Kunze and Ida Patschke, Alberta was a faithful and gentle presence in the lives of all who knew her.
Alberta was married to her beloved husband, Murphy Noack, with whom she raised their children in the heart of Austin, Texas. A devoted homemaker until her children were grown, she later worked seasonally at the IRS before finding a permanent position at Mrs. Baird's thrift store in the early 1980s. She retired after nearly 20 years of service, having made a lasting impact on her colleagues and community.
A kind-hearted and generous spirit, Alberta was deeply involved in her community. She was a founding charter member of Redeemer Lutheran Church, where she remained a loyal and patient attendee until her passing. Her faith was a cornerstone of her life, inspiring those around her with her steadfast devotion.
Alberta's interests were as vibrant as her personality. She had a passion and love for gardening, particularly her pink rose bushes, which were the talk of the neighborhood.
Alberta is survived by her son, Bruce Noack; her daughter, Janet Quebe and her husband Ronnie Quebe; her daughter-in-law, Ann Noack; her grandchildren, Jacob Noack and his wife Stephanie Noack, Tiffany Quebe, Kimberly Quebe, Kelly Stevens and her husband Daniel Stevens; and her great-grandchildren, Llewyn Noack, Brady Stevens and Brooke Stevens.
She was preceded in death by her cherished son, Dennis Noack, and her beloved husband, Murphy Noack.
Visitation will be held on January 3, 2026, from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm at Redeemer, located at 1500 W Anderson Ln., Austin, TX 78757. The funeral service will follow from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm, with a reception from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm. A graveside service will take place at Cook-Walden Capital Parks Cemetery, 14501 North Ih-35, Pflugerville, TX 78660, at 3:00 pm.
