He was born February 25, 1929 to Irene dela Garza Perales and Cipirano Perales in San Antonio, Texas.
He served faithfully and honorably for 26 years in the U.S. Air Force. He was active in donating financial support to various nonprofit organizations.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and sisters, Lupe, Isabella, and Maria Perales.
He is survived by his wife, Isaura Perales; daughters, Margarita “Margie” Cash and husband, David of Texas City, Texas, Virginia “Ginny” I. Summers and husband, Ed of Cibolo, Texas, and Maria Bumpass of Austin, Texas; and son, Jose A. Perales of Austin, Texas.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 27, 2010 in the Chapel of Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Memorial Park.
