Billie Marlene Hass

Billie Marlene Hass, 77, went to the arms of her savior on Wednesday, March 17, 2010. She was born in Llano, Texas on April 6, 1932. Marlene was preceded in death by her loving husband of 58 years, Arthur W. Hass. She is survived by two sons, Corkey & wife Geri of Austin, Bubba & wife Carole of Pflugerville; daughter Debra Massey & husband Don of Las Vegas; grandchildren Stepheni, Allan & Christopher Hass of Pflugerville, Jennifer Massey of Las Vegas, and Bud Boehnke of Austin. She was raised by her father Jake Howard & grandparents, Emma & George Canada of Austin. She was a member of Eastern Star. Her love was being a homemaker who adored caring for her loving family. She also loved her faithful Chihuahua, Prissy, who gave her countless hours of happiness. Visitation will be 6-8pm Friday, March 19th, Weed-Corley Fish N. Lamar location and services will be Saturday, March 20th, 2pm, Cook-Walden Capital Parks Mausoleum, Pflugerville; interment immediately following. Officiating will be Dr. Walter C. May. Honorary pallbearers will be Allan Hass, Christopher Hass, Bud Boehnke, Rod Marez, Tommy McCurdy and Don Massey. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hospice Austin or ALS Association.
