Blake Ryan Thompson

With deepest sorrow, we announce that Blake Ryan Thompson (Boogie), age 32, beloved son, brother, grandson, family member and friend went home to be with the Lord on July 24, 2022. He was a twin, born in Austin, Texas, on January 1, 1990. Blake attended Lake Travis High School. Blake loved the lake and was almost always at home on the water where he worked and played. Blake was loyal and generous, when he had something to give he did. Blake had an infectious smile that would light up the room.

Blake is preceded in death by his father Kendred A. Tolson, Arthur M. Tolson, Ronald A. Thompson, Karen Tolson and Jenny Tolson.

Blake is survived by his mother Carol Thompson Tolson, Jonathan Thomson, Margot Thompson, Richard Thompson, Linda Kathy Tolson, Kimberly Byington, Mary Tolson, Dolores Thompson, Joan Thompson, Leticia Lopez, Shayne Tolson, Jeremy Armendariz, Brian Armendariz, Cameron Jackson, Adam Candelas and Ashlyn Candelas.

A memorial service for Blake will be held Saturday, July 30, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Cook-Walden Funeral Home, 6100 North Lamar Boulevard, Austin, Texas 78752.
