My deepest condolences to the whole family, I am continuing to pray for everyone. I will always remember Boris' contagious laugh, you couldn't help but laugh with him. He was such a great friend, always there for you, and played the protective big brother to me. I will never forget him always watching out for me in everything we did. From our Sonic days, serving food and drinks together to always leaving to all hangout together after work. So many memories I will always cherish. I pray Boris is at peace and pray for peace for the whole family. Love you all. ❤️

Boris rejoiced in seeing those around him being happy and having fun. He loved to smile and it was contagious. Boris was the life of the party and made sure everyone was having fun. He also had a deep passion for music. I remember how hard I had to fight to get one of his mixed tapes (CDs). We spent endless hours driving around the neighborhood, jamming out. Plus, many late nights into the wee hours of the morning talking about anything and everything, while bonding over music. 

One night when we were going to UT, I remember going to a random party in west campus. We didn’t really know anyone there that didn’t walk in with us. I vividly remember this crystal clear image in my head of Boris walking in and pausing for a minute to assess the vibe. Then, walking all the way across the entryway and living room to the CD player. Passing groups and groups of people. He proceeded to stop the party music and had a room full of angry faces directed at him. He calmly put in a CD that he actually had on him for some reason. No clue how or why he had a CD. Boris said: just wait. The music set in. Afterwards the party vibe changed to people actually dancing and having more fun to Boris’ music selection. That was Boris energy. He completely changed the vibe of the party to be more positive in a matter of seconds. RIP

Boris had more life, energy and laughter than most people I have ever met. He was reserved at first, but once you became friends, he was always a true one. He loved music, food, and life in a capacity that some people will only ever touch the surface.  I could talk to Boris for hours about everything then hours about nothing.  He was a skeptical and independent thinker.  I am glad Boris was my friend.  I will miss him. God rest his soul. May there be peace for him and all of his family.

As a student who was far from home during law school, he not only was my friend but also welcomed me to family gatherings and became part of my Texas family. Boris was the most competitive person that I knew. That translate into a great athlete at whatever sport he wanted to play. I remember going to the basketball courts at IBM or Gregory Gym at UT with him. He loved competition and thrived when he could break your ankles and pop a quick jumper. He was so agile and gracefully fierce on the court. Plus, his confidence was undeniable. He was always one of the best players on the court. A team wins games and stays on the court. Boris loved playing and tried to get the best out of his team. He was a vocal leader on the court and helped me become a more confident and well rounded player growing up. RIP

Words can't describe how much I miss you and the void we have in our hearts. You were my brother and my best friend. We were inseparable for decades and we shared the best memories that I will cherish forever. You always protected me and brought so much fun and excitement to my life.  I'm so sorry I couldn't save you and I still can't believe you are gone.  I pray you are at peace and I hope you know how much I love you. Love, Ninana.

I remember how Boris always made me feel included when I tagged along as Ivana's friend, whether it was just playing basketball in the park, going to the movies, getting together with friends, etc. And as the years passed he became like the brother I didn't have and I will forever miss my Brother Boris, always so quick with a smile and a contagious laugh.

Boris was one of the most charismatic people I ever met. He had an energy that I've never seen that could light up an entire room. I had so many fun times and good memories with him and he was always an extremely loyal friend. While I mourn the tragedy of his early passing and the struggles he had in life, I am eternally grateful that he was a part of mine. I also find some solace knowing he's now at peace. My deepest condolences to the Corak, Gunderson, and Lukic families - I know Boris always felt your love and support.

So much of my childhood is marked with Boris’s laugh, his jokes, his enthusiasm for the small things and his hilarious and loving spirit. He was one of a kind. He knew how and always included everyone. We all wanted to be around and near him- he was the magnet, full of life. As the youngest in our group, he took care of me- always made sure I had a ride home from our late night Sonic car hop shifts or our day trips sneaking in to apartment pools for “Pool jokeees”. He loved his people so deeply, and he showed it when he could. Sending all my love and peace in this time of deep pain and grief, may sadness, confusion  and anger never take away the joyful memories and ways our BoBo made us laugh and enjoy life, simply  because of who he was. I love you Corak family.

My dearest son, I will remember everything about you starting from the day you were born. I remember how naive and honest you were, how smart you are, how you always made everyone happy making jokes even when you were unhappy. I remember our walks when we talk about life and you tried to downplay obstacles in your life so I didn’t worry. I remember us watching TV in the evening, just you and me. I remember everything you were superficially and beneath the surface. Most importantly, I hope you know and remember, I will always love you forever.

There are many things I would like to say, many good memories I would like to share but, above all, and most importantly, I would like to tell you that I’m sorry.  I’m so sorry.

One day we will see each other on that other side and we will talk again.  You have my word.

I pray that you finally get the rest you so much deserve.

RIP brother. You were truly one of kind. I’ll miss the way you always kept it real and lived with such passion.  There have only been a few people in my life that I could talk so freely with and at the same time never feel judged. The love you had friends and family was genuine and deep. Thank you for the plethora of memories and for unequivocally being there for me. Your friendship was very special. Peace and love always.

I cannot believe it. We just saw you a couple weeks ago in the office and you showed us your bright smile as always in the past. The photo was taken almost 10 years ago at the office boat party. You always show me the positive altitude toward your future. You have so much love from your parent, your sister, family and friends. Miss you Boris. RIP

Meni tešku i mrsku riječ, STRINA, ti si svojim izgovorom doveo do savršenstva u mom poimanju porodičnih odnosa.

Iako je prošlo 30 godina od našeg zajedničkog života na Klaki, čini mi se kao da nikada nisi ni otišao. Još te gledam znojnih,raščupane i poderanih cipela kako stojiš na vratima i čekaš "presudu".
