Brian was born December 4, 1957 to John and Alice Magenheimer. He graduated from Commack High School in 1975. After moving to Texas, he married Lisa Suzanne Bullock on February 21, 1981 with whom he shared 36 years of marriage.
Brian was employed as a Radiological Technologist for most of his working life. After enjoying retirement for eight years, he returned to work as a Caregiver with Home Helpers where he was recently nominated by his peers for consideration for the 2017 Exceptional Caregiver Award.
He was an avid supporter of his family as they pursued their dreams, regardless of how often they changed. He enjoyed completing a constant array of projects on both the home he shared with his wife as well as his son’s home. Whatever he was working on ultimately resulted in the improvement of the lives of those around him. He also enjoyed live music, cooking, traveling and swimming.
Brian is survived by his wife, Lisa Suzanne Magenheimer, his son Jacob Westin Magenheimer of Austin, TX, his two dogs, Roxy and Gigi, his son’s dog Aussie and several cousins, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Alice, his brother Bruce, his sister Debbie, his dog Barkley and his cat Calli.
