Carrie Mae Westbrook age 92, of Austin, passed away to be with her maker on Wednesday, July 7, 2004. She was a loving wife, mother, & grandmother. Carrie was a member of Congress Avenue Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Roland and Ella May Peisker; infant son, Donald Lloyd Graves; brother and sister-in-law, Fred and Maurine Peisker; and brother-in-law, Gene McCarthy. Carrie is survived by her husband, R. C. Westbrook; daughter, Maxcile Ray and husband Lewis; sister, Margaret McCarthy; grandchildren, Lewanne Ray and husband Bubba Johnson, Melinda Driskell and husband P.A. Laakey, and Steve Ray and wife Bonnie; 4 great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren. Graveside services will be held 10:00 AM Saturday, July 10, 2004 at Capitol Memorial Park Cemetery, Pflugerville, TX with Rev. Mike Rinker officiating.
