Carroll Dee Farmer, age 69, lived a full life; he passed away Tuesday, March 15, 2011. He was born October 30, 1941 to James R. and Virgie D. Farmer of Austin, Texas. He was business owner of Farmer’s Grass for 50 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Jerry, Robert, and Darrell Farmer.
He is survived by his brother, Mike Farmer and sister, Hazel Rowell; son and his wife, Kevin and Debbie Farmer; grandchildren, Bailey and Dylan Farmer of Austin, and Kristi Cosgrove and son, Cash Farmer of Lago Vista, Texas.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, March 18 at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home, 3125 North Lamar, Austin, Texas.
A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, March 19, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Weed-Corley-Fish. Interment will follow at Fiskville Cemetery, Austin, Texas.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial gifts may be sent to your favorite charity in Carroll D. Farmer’s name.
