Corey Clay McArthur

Corey accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at First Pentecostal Church of Austin.

Corey received his formal education from Pflugerville Independent School District, Austin Independent School District and furthered his education by attending Austin Community College, Austin, TX.

Corey was a people person with an affectionate smile and personality. He had a bold sense of fashion, passion, and knowledge of fragrances.

Corey was a crowd pleaser; his quick wit and easy smile garnered many lifelong friendships. He was known for his talented dance moves and interior decorating skills.

He worked many years in retail as an Assistant Manager for various clothing stores and most importantly babysat his nephews, niece and younger cousins.

He has gone home to be with his maternal grandparents, paternal grandparents, 4 Aunts and 2 Uncles.

Corey leaves to cherish his memory his fur baby Braunwyn; Father Henry McArthur, Jr; Mother Johnnie McGarity; his brothers Henry McArthur III (Rodisha), Cedric McArthur (Victoria), Larry McArthur, and Deleaun McInnis (Crystal); Uncles, Willie Collins Jr., Douglas McArthur, Derick McGarity (Kim), Terence Collins; Aunt, Denise Collins; nephews, KeAndre McArthur, Cevion McArthur, Jaevon McArthur, Deleaun McInnis, Jr.; nieces, Keanna Gilbert, Keiara McArthur, Monica McInnis; special cousin, Horace Jones Jr. and a host of relatives and friends.
