Our beloved Dionicio Sanchez. Jr., aka "Don" or "DQ", born February 11, 1950, expired August 28, 2014. He is survived by a son, Alejandro D. Sanchez; granddaughters, Catherine Grace Sanchez and Micaella Fay Sanchez; a sister, Velia C. Sanchez; his Tia Mama Elena C. Cruz; and Tia Nellie Dominguez.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, September 2, 2014 starting at 5:00 p.m., with a Rosary Service at 6:30 p.m., hosted by Weed-Corley-Fish, 2620 S. Congress Ave., Austin, TX. On Wednesday, September 3, 2014 the family will receive guests at Weed-Corley-Fish from 8:00-9:00 a.m. prior to departing for a 10:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Julia's Catholic Church, 3010 Lyons Rd. Interment will follow at the Cementerio Mexicano, Hornsby Bend on FM 969.
