Dorothy Howard, 58, of Austin, Texas, passed away November 16, 2009. Our beautiful loving mother is survived by her daughter Sonya Howard and husband Tim Hoes; her son, James Howard; her sisters, Margaret Ann Jackson, Earline Cloudt; her brother, Lee Ed Bigham; her mother, Margaret Jackson; numerous family members, many beloved friends, and grandpup, Peanut. Preceded in death by her daughter Sindi Christine Howard and father, Earnest Jackson.
