She was preceded in death by her husband, William Clyde Walker on November 3, 1990.
Edna is survived by her six children, Barbara Johanningmeier, Teresa Villereal, Lynn Riley, Clyde Walker and wife, Denyse, Wayne Walker and wife, Diane and Gerald Ray Walker; as well as 11 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and six great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and her loving dog, Tiny Junior “T.J.”
The family especially wishes to thank our brother, Gerald (Jerry) for the loving care he provided our precious mother for the last few years. She will be dearly missed.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 16, 2011 at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Funeral Home.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, November 17, 2011 at St. Ignatius Catholic Church, 126 W. Oltorf Street. Committal service will follow at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Memorial Park.
