Frances Arleen Riley

Frances Arleen Riley was born on December 8, 1966, in Austin, Texas. She was the daughter of James Douglas and Dorothy Lou Riley. Frances accepted Christ at an early age and joined Mt. Sinai Baptist Church in 1999 serving in the women’s ministry.

Frances attended Sims Elementary, Burnet Middle School and graduated from Lanier High school. After graduating, she transitioned to the workforce which included several years at IBM.

Our beloved Frances battled her illness so courageously until the end. She had a warm spirit and a gentle smile and loved her family. Her heart desire was to be around loved ones and see her children happy.

She was preceded in death by her Mom, Dorothy Riley, Grandparents, Clarence Odis and Lorene Riley and Matthew and Luvenia Sims.

Frances was a devoted mother and leaves behind 2 children, Matthew Payne (Matt) and Dorothy Gordon (Dot). Father, James Riley, 2 siblings, Kenneth Ray and James Riley, Aunt and Uncle, Barbara and Jessie Robertson, Cousins, Jessie Robertson (Jennifer and family), and Trish Spence (Michael) and family; and a host of beloved relatives and friends.
