Freddie passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, April 21 2012. He was a decorated Vietnam Veteran and a retiree of Lake Travis ISD. He spent his remaining years gardening and landscaping with his wife MaryAnn at their home.
Freddie’s parents Fred and Leona Gregg have preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife MaryAnn and stepsons, Jean` and Marco. He was known as “Big Papa” to his grandson Baby Jean`. Freddie has one brother, six sisters, many nieces, nephews, cousins and long time friends who will miss him.
A public service will not be held keeping with Freddie's wishes, but the family will have a Celebration of his life at a later date. Freddie would want all to remember him listening to his country music, fishing, hunting and working in his garden.
The family wishes to extend a special thank you to the Travis County Sheriffs Dept., EMS, the women who were very helpful from Grief Counseling, The Satellite Dialysis Center, Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Funeral Home.
