George W. New

George W. New of Creedmoor, Texas passed away on April 25, 2026 at the age of 69. He was born on September 14, 1956 in Buda, Texas and grew up in Austin, Texas. His occupation was in the welding and supply business for almost 50 years.

George absolutely loved saltwater fishing and playing golf. He always had a project in mind that he was ready to create or build. George was always ready to enjoy life with his friends and family.

He was preceded in death by his parents James and Marlene New; his sister Connie Kunze; and brother in law Dean Boortz.

George is survived by his wife Mosella New; stepsons Michael and Mark; his sister and brother in law Cathy and Bobby Schernik; his brother and sister in law Jerry and Diane New; brother James New; brother in law Walter Kunze; sister in law Tayrien Boortz; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The family would like to thank Kindful Health for their care and compassion they showed our loved one during their final days.
