GF Devine

Gladys Frances Nagle was born in Manor, Travis County, Texas to Francis Michael Nagle and Gladys Pearl (Davey) Nagle. Her first marriage was to Robert Harold Moughon. She married Glynn Ray Devine in Austin, Travis County, Texas on 24 June 1950. “G F” was a secretary for several insurance companies and bookkeeper for Glynn’s beauty shops. She was a long time active member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Austin. She was a member of the Altar Guild of St Paul.

She passed away at her home. She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Glynn, daughter, Patricia Jane Moughon Bontke and husband, Walter, of Mansfield, Texas ; son, David Ray Devine and wife, Connie of Austin, Texas; brother, John Francis Nagle II of Albuquerque, New Mexico. She is also survived by grandsons, Jason Wade Bontke and wife, Sayda of Hillsboro, Texas and Rev. Jonathan Carl Bontke and wife, Diane of Austin, Texas and 6 great-grandchildren, Trevor Wade, Shelby Wren, Jade Ryan, Trinity Paige, Luke Walter and Levi Wesley Bontke all of Hillsboro, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Michael Thomas Devine, granddaughter, Mystie Dawn Devine, daughter-in-law, Nita Fay Devine and brother, Davey Michael Nagle.

Services will be conducted at St Paul Lutheran Church at 10:00 AM, Saturday, 3 December 2016, with Pastor Mark Nuckols officiating. Burial will follow at Cook-Walden Capital Parks Cemetery in Pflugerville, Texas.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to St Paul Lutheran Church Altar Guild at 3501 Red River Street, Austin, Texas 78705 or your favorite charity.
