

Hallie Mae Piper Bell made it to her heavenly home on Friday January 28, 2022. She was the 1st of ten children born on April 6, 1921 in Bastrop County to the late Robert and Lovie Piper.
She completed her high school education from Bastrop County ISD.
Hallie was later united in marriage to Clifton Bell, and to their union two children were born, Clifton Ray Bell, and Cherrie Okeke.
Hallie was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend.
Her work years have been filled with ownerships of her favorite business…. Two Grocery Stores and Antique Shops in Kyle and Austin. She was a Limousine Driver for Fuller Sheffield Funeral Home for more than 25 years, she worked at St David’s and Shoal Creek Hospital for five plus years and operated a nursery in her home for ten years. Hallie has been a personal Insurance Writer for three different Insurance Companies and a Avon Representative.
Hallie was preceded in death by; her parents Robert and Lovie Piper, husband Clifton Bell, and eight of her siblings William Piper, Velma Clemons, Lillie Nobles, Lloyd David Piper, Robert Piper, Zelma Plummer Smith, Gladys Piper, and Ona Washington.
Hallie legacy and wonderful memories will be cherished by her two children Clifton Bell and Cherrie Okeke of Austin, three grandchildren Jasmine Grawunder (Phillip), Saadia Bell, Destiny Hahn, and Great Granddaughter Liah Grawunder, all of Germany. One sister Beatrice Robinson of Austin, her special children Deborah Hargis, Sonya Sherman, Latecia Hargis, Savion Plummer, and Godson Carl Harvey Jr. and a host of Nieces and Nephews.
