Christmas in Heaven for Herman Jacob Decker Herman Jacob Decker, age 73, born in Beallsville, Ohio is with his Lord as of Friday, December 24, 2004. Herman retired from the United States Air Force and the State of Texas, having served twenty years in each. He is survived by his wife, Nancy; twin sons, Bob and his wife Cinda and David and his three sons, David Jr., Matthew, and Robbie; his wifes sons, Stephen S. Stefanou and Stefan F. Georg and his wife Mari and granddaughter Sydney Elisabeth; and by his deceased daughters children, Jennifer Migl and her husband Ray and Gary Jacob Ryerson. He is also survived by his brothers, Thurman and John and sisters Esther Williams and Sarah Hartzer, all of Ohio. Visitation will be from 7:00-8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 28th at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home. Graveside services will be at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, December 29th at Assumption Cemetery followed by a luncheon at 1:15 p.m. and memorial service at 2:00 p.m., both to be held at Dayspring Chapel, 5500 Avenue G, with Pastor Jackson Boyett officiating.
