Holly was a graduate of Gonzalo Garza Independence High School in Austin, and also attended Austin High School. Holly was a warm hearted loving soul that was always helping others. She loved all animals, especially her two dogs, T.J. and Marley. She loved the outdoors and spending time at the Barton Creek greenbelt with her dogs.
Holly is survived by her parents, Keith and Kathy Hamon of Austin; brother Taylor Hamon of Austin; grandparents Tom and Margie Purifoy of Corsicana, Texas; uncles, Brad and wife, Nancy Purifoy of Colleyville, Texas, and Richard Hamon of Del Dios, California; aunt Julie Summers of Cibilo, Texas; and a host of other family and friends.
A Memorial Service will be held at 4:30 PM, Sunday, February 12, 2017, at Oak Hill United Methodist Church, at 7815 Highway 290 West, Austin, Texas. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Holly’s memory to Austin Pets Alive.
