Bel was 76 years young. She came into this world on October 09, 1949 with the proud parents of Walter and Nellie Garcia of Austin, Texas. Bel was preceded in death by her son Xavier Arredondo, parents Nellie and Walter Garcia, brother Jesse, and sister Lydia Ledesma.
Bel is survived by husband Dennis Kelly, children Adan Arredondo and wife Misty, daughter Rebeka Day and husband Kyle, daughter Elaine Fawcett and husband Glen. Step-daughter Erin Henderson and step-son Sean Kelly. Sister Delia Garcia and brothers Adrian and Martin.
She leaves behind nine loving grandchildren who gave her great joy. Angelina Saldana and husband David. Cecilia Meza and husband Pham, Briana Meza, Caleb and Sophia Arredondo, Byleigh and Gunner Fawcett, Deanna Sims and Evander Day.
A celebration of Isabel’s life will be at the Austin Country Club on February 15, at 2:00pm. 4408 Long Champ Drive, Austin, Tx. 78746
