James Ray Kelldorf

He is preceded in death by his father, James “Jimmy” Kelldorf. James was dearly loved by his children, son, James Lee (Kaitlin) of Colorado Springs, Colorado and daughter, Kari Ann (Allan Garcia) of Austin, Texas. He is survived by his mother, Delois “Lois” Kelldorf of Brady, Texas; sister, Tracy (Scott Tucker) Snyder of Austin, Texas; sister, Evelyn “Nikki” (Arturo Urdiales) Smith of Austin, Texas; sister LeAnn (Robert) Kelldorf of Austin, Texas; uncle, Joe Lee (Judi) Smith of Brady, Texas; and friend, Barbara Mayers of Boerne, Texas.

James graduated from Crockett High School in 1985. He later worked as a purchaser for the state of Texas in multiple departments. In his free time James enjoyed working on his uncle’s ranch, watching movies and spending time with his family. He loved music. James was never hesitant to try something new. James was a wonderful cook and enjoyed sharing his food with family. He will be remembered for his infectious smile, caring nature and great sense of humor. He lived life to the fullest and never met a stranger. James was a loving and caring father, son, nephew and companion to all of those in his life.

A celebration of life will be held at Krause Springs on Sunday, September 4th from 11am-3pm.
