James R. Zombola Sr. of Georgetown, Texas went home to be with the Lord on October 9, 2021 in New Braunfels, Texas. He was born in Austin Texas to James Angelo Zombola and Mary Bell Shaw on November 13,1945.
James was born, raised, and lived out most of his days in Austin, Texas. He loved Austin and was an outspoken loyal fan of The Texas Longhorns football team. He was a music enthusiast and was usually tapping to a beat or singing whenever he had the opportunity. His fondness for music was discovered through playing the saxophone in his younger days in the band for Austin High School and Sam Houston State University. He was continually in great spirits and he always had a positive outlook on life which resulted in him always having a good day. This daily perspective was born out of his love for The Lord Jesus Christ. He was a master electrician and performed many jobs throughout the city of Austin over the years. His greatest joy toward the end of his time on earth was being there to greet his granddaughters when they arrived home from school. He will be extremely missed by all who were blessed to be touched by his life.
