Janet was born on April 6, 1947 in Cost, Tx to parents Leland and Bernice Lindemann. She worked as a secretary at the Austin Diagnostic Clinic for many years.
Janet was a great woman and a loving mother. She married John F. Clark and the couple had one child together.
She enjoyed trying new restaurants, traveling, and singing. Her family and friends will always remember her as a devoted and caring person.
She is preceded in death by her sister, Ina Gay Orum and brother, L.A. Lindemann Jr.
Janet is survived by her husband, John F. Clark; their daughter Brooke Ziel and her husband Joshua Ziel; and her grandchildren Grayson Ziel and Hudson Ziel.
A visitation for Janet will be held Wednesday, April 30, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Cook-Walden Funeral Home, 6100 North Lamar, Austin, TX 78752. A graveside service will occur Thursday, May 1, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home & Cemetery, 14501 N Interstate Hwy 35, Pflugerville, TX 78660.
