Jeanne Dubois Loar Jeanne Dubois Loar of Lakeway died on March 27, 2005. She was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on June 9, 1928. Jeanne attended Mary Baldwin College and graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1949. She married William R. Loar on December 20, 1950. Jeanne and Bill had been Lakeway residents since 1986. Jeanne was predeceased by her husband, Bill and by her two brothers, Jules Dubois, of Edmond, Oklahoma, and Donald Dubois, of Tucson, Arizona. She is survived by her three children: Betsy of Austin, Bill of Calgary, Alberta, Canada, and Carol of Spartanburg, South Carolina, and by her four granddaughters, Jennifer and Chris, of Edmonton, Alberta, and Katie and Emily, of Austin.
