Jeffrey Matthew Kuhnlein

Jeffrey Matthew Kuhnlein, born in Fontana, CA. May 31st 1983; died October 2nd 2012 in Austin, TX - a child in La Verne, Yorba Linda, Placentia, and Anaheim, California.; a young man in Colorado and Texas. Graduate of El Dorado High School, Cal State Fullerton via Colorado State, pursuing his PhD at the University of Texas in Cellular and Molecular Biology, specializing in Molecular Genetics & Micro-Biology; a self-taught musician and gifted artist.

Jeff is survived by his parents Bob, Karla Rebel, Pam Kuhnlein and Dave Linskens, sister Stephanie Kuhnlein, brothers Scott Bartulis, Clint and Cody Hunter, grandmother Lois Rebel and so, so many family members and great friends too numerous to list here.

A memorial vigil service celebrating Jeff's life and friendships will be held on Thursday Oct. 11th from 7:00-9:00 PM with funeral services to be held Friday Oct. 12th 10:30 AM at Saint Joseph Catholic Church, 717 N. Bradford Avenue, Placentia CA. 92870. A reception following will be held at Alta Vista Golf Course in Placentia, CA.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Jeffrey M. Kuhnlein memorial fund. The proceeds will be donated to the University of Texas, College of Natural Sciences, for the purpose of advancing the education of future graduate students pursuing molecular biology research studies.
