Jesse Banda

He was preceded in death by his son, Jesse Banda Jr., grandson, Juan E. Rocha, and great-grandchildren, Robert and Joshua Flores.

Mr. Banda will be remembered by his wife of 51 years, Leonor Banda, ten children, Lupe Sedillo and husband Rudy, Janie Flores and husband Ruben, Mary Rodriguez and husband Raul, Benita Rocha Jr., and husband Lazaro, Trini Flores, Antonia Navarro and husband Miguel, Mike Banda, Ascension Flores and husband Frank, and Frank Banda and wife Julia; 23 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren; brother, Paul Banda, and sister, Otilia Sedillo, all of Austin.

Special thanks to the staff at the North Austin Medical Center for the patience, love and care they provided (ICU and 2nd floor).

Recitation of the Holy Rosary will begin at 7:00 p.m., on Wednesday, at the funeral home. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, September 25, 2003, at Santa Barbara Catholic Church, 13713 F.M. 969, with Father Bernard Goertz as celebrant. Burial will follow at Hornsby Bend Cemetery.

Pallbearers will include Fidencio Flores, Vergil Flores, Lazaro Rocha III, Jose Navarro, Matthew Banda and Frank Banda Jr.
