Johnny Munson

Johnny Munson, 88, passed away peacefully on March 31, 2006 in Austin, Texas. Johnny was born in Decker, Texas on October 28, 1917. He was preceded in death by his wife Anne Moritz Munson, also from Austin. They were married for 55 years. Johnny is survived by his children Patricia Walker and her husband Joe Walker of San Antonio, Linda Urbanek and her husband Paul Urbanek of Austin, Ted Munson and his wife Paula Munson of Cedar Park, and Deborah Schons of Portland, Texas. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Joe Jr., Tom, Robert and Scott Walker; Matthew, Brian and Aaron Urbanek; Crystal Williams, Karen Munson and Jonathan Jokerst; and Zachary and Adam Schons. Johnny’s three great-grandchildren are Alexandrea Walker, Thomas Walker and Lelia Munson. In lieu of flowers, the family requests you donate to your favorite charity. Rosary will be at 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, April 2, 2006 in the chapel at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home. Graveside services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, April 3, 2006 at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Austin.
