Kristi Clendennen

Kristi was preceded in death by her parents, Bob and Kathryn Rowell, father-in-law Franklin Clendennen, grandparents Marion and Irene Muennink, and Russell and Helen Rowell.

Kristi was a clinical nurse specialist in Austin, Texas. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2006 with a Master of Science in nursing. Her greatest joy was being with her husband and children. The family loved to travel; when they weren’t traveling, they were busy with their children’s sports. Kristi also enjoyed hunting, fishing, and the outdoors with her family.

Kristi is survived by her husband Scott, their three children Kirsten, Kalli, Caleb, and her mother-in-law Joyce Clendennen as well as aunts, cousins, and close friends.

A funeral service will be held at Cook- Walden Funeral Home, 6300 W William Cannon, Austin, Texas on Sunday, January 26 at 11:00am. A celebration of life gathering will be held later that day at the Mystic Sky Ranch, 5818 RM165, Dripping Springs, TX 78620 from 1:00pm-3:00pm. The final burial service will be at the New Fountain Methodist Church in New Fountain, Texas on Tuesday, January 28, 2025 at 11:00am.

Interment will follow at the Hondo Cemetery, Oakwood Section, Hondo, Texas.

The family suggests in lieu of flowers that memorials be made to New Fountain Methodist Church.
