Funeral for Lynda Diane Becker will be held at 4:30 PM Saturday March 11 at All Saints Episcopal Church in Austin, the Reverend Michael K. Adams officiating. Interment will take place on Monday March 13 at 1:00 p.m. at Highland Cemetery in Lawton, Oklahoma. Lynda passed away on March 7, 2006. She was born in Toledo, Ohio on September 30, 1955. She graduated from Lawton High School and St. Edwards University. She was employed by the Texas Library Association. Lynda was a kind and loving woman who always put the needs and well-being of others ahead of her own. She took great joy in living life to its fullest. Her greatest joy came from being a Mother to her two beloved daughters. Lynda is survived by her daughters, Morgan Monét Pitcher and Madison Renée Pitcher, both of Austin. Also cousins Chris, Bruce and Stuart Cohen; and Ken and Snyder King. She was preceded in death by her parents Col (Ret.) Frederick B. Becker and Vivian C. Becker; and by her brother James (Jim) Becker. Also by Aunts Annette Ferguson, Anna Riley, Pat Carson, Gladys King, Eloise Cohen, Bea Lowell and an Uncle, Brother Bittel.
