Mary Frances Hulberg

Beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Mary Owen Hulberg, age 85, of Austin, Texas, went home to be with Jesus on February 24, 2018. She was born in on June 18, 1932, to parents Henry and Frances Owen in Alexandria, Louisiana.

Mary met and married Charles Hulberg in Laurel, Maryland, where they lived until the 1990’s, when they relocated to Austin. While living in Austin they were active members of Bethany Lutheran Church.

Mary is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Hulberg, and her daughter Mary Lynn Margason. She is survived by her children, Pamela Snider and husband James Snider, Katherine Hinds and husband Chris Hinds, and Michael Renegar; step-daughters, Sharon Howlin and partner Bob LeDuc, and Sandy Hulberg; son-in-law Kevin Margason; grandchildren, Emily Frances Snider, William Snider, David Hinds and wife Emily Hinds, Jonathan Hinds, Jeffrey Hinds, Matthew Renegar and wife Gabriella Renegar, Bryan Renegar and wife Lisa Renegar, Jason Howlin and wife Robyn Howlin, Kevin Weldrick and wife Bridgette Weldrick, Scott LaDuc and wife Chrissie LaDuc, Kristy LaDuc and partner Nolan Meunier; great-grandchildren, Eli Renegar, Belle Howlin, Max Howlin, Noah Weldrick, Owen Weldrick, Grayson LeDuc, Griffin LeDuc, and Jacob Meunier; and a host of other loving family and friends.

The family will receive visitors from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, with a funeral service to begin at 2:00 PM, on Thursday, March 1, 2018, at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Funeral Home, with interment to immediately follow at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Memorial Park.
