Lucille Crawford Mattie Lucille Crawford of Austin, was born in Coryell County January 29, 1912, and died January 7, 2005, at the Chisholm Trail Living and Rehab Center in Lockhart. Survivors include four daughters: Carol Pfeiffer, Lockhart; Faye Creel, Kingsland; Mary Sue Carter, Orange; and Dottie Holman, Niceville, Florida; six grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and four great great grandchildren. Lucille spent her life in health care, working as a nurse at Austin State Hospital, Brackenridge Hospital, and various nursing homes. Services will be at 11:00 A.M. at the First Evangelical Free Church of Austin, 4220 Monterrey Oaks Boulevard in Oak Hill with interment to follow at 2:00 P.M. at City of Taylor Cemetery.
