

Milton Bible, 88 passed away on May 4, 2007 in Brownwood, Texas of congestive heart failure. He was born and raised in south Austin, Texas. He was a veteran of World War II serving his country by enlisting in the Navy. He later owned and operated Milton Bible Electric Co. in Austin for 35 years. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and liked most all sports. He was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers, William, Charles, Richard, and Bobby Joe; two sisters, Ada Benson and Lucille Haynes; grandson, Brian Keith Bible. He is survived by his wife for 42 years, Mavis A. Bible; children, one biological son, Rickie L. Bible of Niederwald, Texas, Dianna L. Morris of The Woodlands, Texas, and Richard B. House of Goldthwaite, Texas; eight grandchildren, Robin Kinley, Dawn Goodwin, Cheril Woods, Ryan Pankratz, Johna Morris, Jett Morris, Laura Rehm and Shelby House; seven great-grandchildren, Rachel Neel, David Neel, Matthew Machulak, Brianna Goodwin, Ryan Woods, Dillon Rehm and Cody Rehm; one great great-grandchild, Tyler Neel; one brother, Carl Bible of Lampasas Texas; one sister, Louise Maddox of Spicewood, Texas. Visitation will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 12, 2007 at Wilke-Clay-Fish Funeral Home with funeral services to follow at 1:30 p.m. Internment will be held at Capital Memorial Park in Pflugerville, Texas.
