Milton has two sisters Kathy Willis of New Mexico and Shirley Bevill of Houston Tx.
Milton is married to Linda Witherspoon Otto and not only is she his wife but Linda was also his primary caregiver during these difficult times.
Dr. Otto leaves behind his wife Linda, daughter Juanita Otto Clark and husband Justin of Buda, Tx and grandchildren Jaidyn, Jovan and Jali.
Milton also leaves behind stepchildren Jennifer Witherspoon of sunset valley and grandchildren Taylor McCarty, Landon Epperson and James Epperson. Kelly Witherspoon and wife Anne of Austin, Tx and children Owen and Hollis. Kenneth and Lauren Witherspoon of Leander Tx. He is proceeded in death by his parents, Herman and Gertrude Otto and his beloved cat tiger.
A visitation for Dr. Milton will be held Saturday, February 22, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Funeral H, 6300 West William Cannon Drive, Austin, TX 78749, followed by a funeral service at 3:00 PM.
