Aunt Kay I miss you so much! There are so many reminders of you all around us. Alton is now a Pastor, so that makes Tammy a "First Lady!" I know you would be so proud of them. Everyone is doing as well  as can be expected...but your presence is missed. I keep check on Uncle Jimmy from time to time! Gone but not forgotten! 

Just want you to know Kay, that we’re taking good care of J.J. Here in New England.  He is growing up to a wonderful, honor role student & a fine athlete .  He is a happy kind young man. Granny, I miss you each and everyday. There is never a time that I don’t think about you. Whether if it’s I’m picking out an outfit, listing to a song, watching our favorite show, or just going through the daily things. You always taught me to be strong, To be wise, and to never give up. I will always cherish you. It’s the simple things that reminds me of our time time together. Our jokes, out laughs, our genuine time hangouts. You meant the world to me and I hope I’ve become the women you knew I would be. I love you and wish you were here to see it, but I know you watch over me and my family everyday. Dear Moore Family.  I was so sorry to return from an overseas trip and hear of Kay's passing.  As Director of Human Resources at the Teacher Retirement System, I remember Kay well.  She was the type of employee that every employer loves to have.  She approached her job with dedication and the utmost professionalism while serving the public school employees of Texas upon their retirement.  Her dedication and hard work will always be remembered.  My thoughts and prayers go out to you during this difficult time.

we were blessed to meet Kay and Jimmy thru our grandsons, Kyle and Cade who are best friends, and their love of sports. My heart is flooded with fond memories of Granny.  It has been a supreme blessing to have had Kay's assistance in raising JJ.  He is a better person now and forever because of Granny's love.  The void of the loss of Granny will never be filled but oh how fortunate we were to have her presence in our lives.  The strength of the Moore Family is a tribute and testament to Kay. The best thing our family ever did was to buy the house at 8206 Furness Cove. We had just moved in when Kay brought over a invitation for Trey and Brandon to Lil Jimmy's second birthday.This started our life long friendship.Our sons grew up as brothers.Kay was a true friend she know I would not be able to do Mother Daughter things so she shared Tammy with me.When Prom time came she came and got me to help get Tammy ready.We shared alot of fun times like loading up two vans and following Lil Jimmy and UMASS football.When we would talk as girl friends do she always would let me know how she was still so in love with Big Jimmy "when I hear his car turn into the drive way I still get butterflies". This is true love, Jimmy you both were so blessed.Kay was my sister and friend rolled into one, she was a very Special Woman. We will all miss her dearly, but continue on with her love and memories. We send out love and prayers to you at this time of great loss.
