Mr. Hampton is survived by his companion, Shirley Woolbright; sons, Kevin Hampton and wife, Sabrina and Erik Hampton and Katie; grandsons, Lakotah Hampton and Landon Hampton; and granddaughters, Beila and Emily; as well as numerous other family members and friends.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Friday, February 15, 2013 at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, February 16, 2013 in the Chapel of Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Funeral Home with Dr. Ken Baldwin of Kinney Avenue Christian Fellowship officiating. Graveside services will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Austin Memorial Park located at 2800 Hancock Drive.
