Phillip S. Mintz passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 13, in Austin, at the age of 84.
Loving husband and father, Phil is survived by his wife of 60 years, Selma, and his children and grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at Fort Sam Houston on Wednesday, November 19 at 1:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Associaiton.
